With a forward current of 20mA and a forward voltage of 1.8-2.4v, this LED offers a luminous flux of 100-300mcd and a viewing angle of 120°. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40 to +85℃ and has a long lifespan of 50,000 hours. The LED chip is available in a reel packaging with 3000pcs per reel.
