Mass production using these 0805 RGB SMD LEDs. Few defective rate during SMT assembly. No color difference issue after reflow soldering. Packaging is neat and easy for automatic feeding on our production line.

Our assembly line has built many color-changing lamps using these 3535 RGB LEDs. The large package makes hand soldering and reflow easy, and the thermal pad wets properly. After assembly, the light test shows very few failures across all three channels. The lamps pass our burn-in test without issues. Good component to work with on the production floor.
